Services

Our goal is to provide you with leading beauty care services and consultations. Our artists’ work is personalized for you and if you are not satisfied with your end result, then we hope you’ll give us the opportunity to adjust our services to better fit your needs. Most modifications are free of charge. If an adjustment is needed within the first week following your hair or nail service we will address your concerns and schedule a follow up appointment to make the correction*.

 

*Additional services are subject to additional charges.

 

Cancellations

We ask for a 24-hour notice of cancellation for any appointments that you have scheduled with our stylists. Last-minute cancellations or “No-Call, No-Show” appointments are subject to service charges.

 

Late Arrivals

We understand that life in Los Angeles can get hectic. We only ask that if you’re running 15 minutes late or more, that you call ahead and inform our staff. We may have to reschedule your appointment for a later date if your desired service does not fit in the allotted appointment time.

 

Returns

We will exchange any of your homecare products up to 8 weeks after purchase for store credit. Our goal is to deliver the right beauty and cosmetic solutions for you and if you need an alternative product, we are eager help you find the right solution to accommodate your needs.

 

Make-up return policy: All make up sales are final.
